Our office is conveniently located on the upper level of 935 South Gilbert Street, near highways, restaurants, the University of Iowa, and Riverfront Crossings Park. Clients will enjoy free parking adjacent to our building. We are also within less than a block of an Iowa City Transit bus stop, and there are bicycle racks beside the building adjacent to ours.
Extraordinary Potential’s spacious waiting room features an inviting play area for children, comfortable chairs, and free WiFi. Riverfront Crossings Park, which includes walking trails and a nature-themed playground, is within easy walking distance. Several eateries, including Leaf Kitchen, Thai Spice, and Big Grove Brewery are nearby for clients and families to enjoy a meal before or after their appointments.
